Geocache Description:

An small cache on the Portola Valley trail system.

The Larry Lane Trail was the first dedicated and named trail in Portola Valley and was constructed in 1979. The trail was named after Laurence William Lane, the founder of Sunset magazine. Enjoy sweeping vistas of the peninsula and surrounding mountains.
