Update March 2019 This one has become such a challenge. It appears to be missing in it's new space. So one more chance. Look for the smaller dead tree, the stump is just taller than me. Around the back. If this goes missing I am done with this one. Whoever is ruining the fun wins!
Updated May 2018: Half the container is now missing. Drastic measures have been taken now to assure this one makes it through the coming months. It is no longer in the big stump, it is not under the stump, it in not on top of the stump. I have moved it 5 metres south. There is a small stump and a log it is behind the log. Check carefully - it is now a micro, well really a nano. Do not try to remove the cache from it's cammo. Do not use the lid to pull on it.
Update November 2017 So I moved it back to it's original location in April and what a surprise it is gone again. So it has moved once again. Same general location, larger cache container, not on the ground, still about 1 metre to 1.5 metres off the trail. East side of trail.
UPDATED APRIL 1, 2017, No it is not an April Fools joke. It has now been one year in it's more challenging location. But the location is rotting and it is harder to find. So it has gone back to it's original spot and has grown into a vitamin bottle. Hopefully whoever was muggling it has moved on and it will be here for the long run. The coords are the same, just the elevation has changed.
Update 2016. Now three years later here I am again and no cache. Either it has migrated and I can't find it or it is gone again. 1)So it has gone from a Lock and lock, to a pill bottle to something even smaller, but it is white so If you move the cammo it is pretty obvious. 2) I have done waypoint averaging before but since it tends to send you to the wrong side of the trail I am going to tweak that and see if it helps. 3) It is no longer low since I wonder if it is the same person removing it or moving.. so now it is waist high + or - depending how tall you are.

The trail incorporates a concrete bridge originally designed to allow horses and riders to cross 148th Street safely. This well-used trail is now a lovely walking route and is home to a variety of birds and small animals, from woodpeckers to slugs. Native trees such as the big leaf and vine maples, Douglas fir and red alder continue to thrive. The Semiahmoo Trail is protected by Heritage Designation By-Law and Design Standards, which cover future development, ongoing maintenance and any necessary restoration. This trail will provide enjoyment for many generations to come.
