OTW Kohls Park? Traditional Geocache

A series of caches for On The Way to or from the event. This was intended for our event on April 8 but was entered too late. On maps this is Kohl's Park. When here, this park has a different name but where does one park stop and the other start?

Note that there are 2 parking lots in the adjoining parks to choose from. Both provide easy access to the cache. Bushwacking needed is minimal; less than 50 feet if the path is not overgrown, still less than 100 feet if there's some growth. There is no need to go into the apartment complex or approach from anywhere other than a park parking lot. To do so would make this a difficult terrain!
