A little cherry at 4222' for those of you on the way up the hard
route (see EraSeek's or Forty-n-Eight's log for Granite Mountain
GCA4E for route).
Forty-n-Eight and I made a little spin up the drainage basin and I
decided it would be a great spot for a little extra bonus cache for
the Granite Mountain crowd. At about 3900' on the main trail you
will cross a drainage basin/avalanche chute that is about .11 from
the cache. Hang a left off the main trail and head up to the cache
location. You are looking for a decon container neatly tucked away.
For good fun keep pushing it all the way to the top up this basin
and grab the geocache and terracache by the lookout. Left a Tully's
Coffee Card with a drink on it for the FTF along with a Markta STF
coin for the STF. Please bring your own writing stick.
 This is an official
MidMountain Mountaineers cache. We are a loose collection of
hikers/cachers who believe the journey is more important than
