Two Presidents and a Park Mystery Cache

The cache is NOT at the above coordinates.

However, this is a good area for parking to find all the clues you'll need to solve this puzzle.

With picnic tables and a playground, this park is kid, family, wheelchair, and pet friendly. Please rehide the cache as good or better than found to keep out muggles.

The two presidents are the streets which border this property, Washington and Madison. The park is the park in which the clues for this cache are located.

First, you'll need to find the following four landmarks/features of this property.
The answers aren't IN the pictures, they've been digitally removed. You'll have to find the locations in the pictures to find the answers.

Next, find each of these places on the property and use them to answer the following numerical questions and calculate the digits for the final location.

A = The last digit in the date on stone (Pic 1)
B = Number of glass panels surrounding door on the front of the building + 1 (Pic 4)
C = Second digit of Troop number who meet here (Pic 3)
D = Number of rectangles on the door on the front of the building + 2 (Pic 4)
E = The third digit in the date on stone (Pic 1)

W = B
X = Sum of the digits in the date on stone + 1 (Pic 1)
Y = D
Z = Number of total letters in first word on bench (Pic 2)
