The Halloween Hoopla Event Cache

It was so fun to put faces to those screen names at the summer picnic, we just couldn't wait to do it AGAIN.

Plan on coming to meet some NEW friends too!  You do not have to be a member of Minnesota Geocaching to attend, anyone who has ever geocached in Minnesota is welcome to come!

This will be a very relaxed, casual gathering.
We will be playing high tech "Trick-or-Treat" (also known as geocaching).
Costumes are encouraged but not required -- come as your favorite geocache item?!

• Bring your own lunch plus a dish to share, can be dessert, salad, hot dish, whatever you like.
• Bring your own drinks
• Bring your own plates, cups and utensils.
• There will be a fire in the fire ring, but I don't know if anyone will fire up the BBQ so if you need to cook -- bring a long stick and cook it in the fire, or bring your own BBQ things.
• I have been weather forecast watching and it looks OK so far for that day, but come prepared for "changing" weather. Hey, it's all fun!
• If you could bring a couple of logs for the fire that would be wonderful too.
• Bring along paper and pencil to log your finds and to keep notes for yourself.
• Good News -- there will be no donation bucket, admission and parking is FREE as well!
• If you can, bring an item or two for the door prize drawing. (does not have to be a "big" item, we like all sorts of things!)

If you are planning on coming, log a "note" only on this page with how many will be coming (just like last time) and put this cache on your watch list so you will be informed of all the updates.

If you are placing a one day cache let me know ASAP (or write it in your log note).
Crosby is a huge park with lots of caching potential, go check it out
