This cache was reported to me as being in need of some maintenance as it hasn't been found since last September. Due to the length of time since it has been found and the fact that at least 2 "needs maintenance" log have been posted with no response from the owner I am archiving the cache.
If the owner completes the needed maintenance within a reasonable amount of time I will consider unarchiving it.
