It seems the Carson City Bypass Freeway is getting further and further away from completion. Phase 1 is complete. Phase 2 is currently under construction. Phase 3, which is this area, has been delayed. When will this long time dream of a freeway become a reality?
If you look west from this area, you can picture where the freeway would eventually connect with Hwy 50 heading towards Tahoe. I do ride my bike a lot around here so it will make this cache easy for me to maintain. Cache is a water-proof match container. BYOP.
