About the cache (Back Story):

You've probably seen the footnote on some logs "This cache cost me $1.79". Ever wonder what that meant? Well, some time ago, "the Mrs." and I were relaxing at home one evening and an FTF opportunity presented itself. It was late, but wanting to get an FTF, I turned to "The Mrs," and asked if I could go for it. She said "YES". However "YES" came at a price. That price is the name of this cache. Since that night, every FTF run has been prefaced by the same question and answer.

The origin of the "$" sign has been variously accounted for. A popular and ofter asked question about the design is the one that appears on the back of the $1 note, the Great Seal of the United States. The front of the seal shows an American bald eagle behind our national shield. The eagle holds an olive branch, which symbolizes peace, with 13 berries and 13 leaves. In the left talon, the eagle holds 13 arrows, which represents war. The 13 leaves represent the original 13 colonies. The eagle's head it turned slightly towards the olive branch, shwing a desire for peace.
