Come see the FAMOUS Mohnton Navy Yard and Lake Valmont. (VALley
nestled between 2 MOuNTains) It was a seven acre square lake.
During World WarII many a battleship was floated up the Wyomissing
and repairs were made to the ships. Alas, Lake Valmont no loner
exists. A heavy rain caused at least 6 dams upstream to swell
beyond their capacities and rupture. The raging water was too much
for Lake Valmont's dam and it too gave way! See what remains! Take
a walk over to the mighty Wyomissing, close your eyes and image the
battleships!!!! To log this find-----answer the following questions
and send via separate email the answers.
