The nearest station to Akashi Park is "Kita Shinkawa
station".
It takes here about 15 minutes on foot.
Akashi Park in the northern part of Hekinan opened in 1988
to divide from east to west.
The eastern part includes the lawn, some athletic equipments and
so on.
The western part includes a merry-go-round, a cycle monorail,
Ferris wheel and so on that can be used for 100yen.
And holiday is crowded with lots of families very much.
When spring comes, enjoying seeing lots of cherry blossoms
from
"Sakura brige" is very wonderful.
The cache is hidden in the park.

I found it.
It was possible to find it easily.
Because it knew coordinates shifted beforehand.

I found it! I arrived this place, I understood hidden method. So, I could find it very very easily & at once!
However, public coordinate was very wrong. I think that coordinates is "N 34° 54.358 E 136° 59.110". Thank you for the cache!
