Geocache Description:


WP#1
-use clue to find the cache
-use clue combination ( the "Guard" holds the key to WP#2 cache).

WP#2
-use tool from WP#1 cache to open WP#2 cache (at N35 17.932, E139 28.552).

This cache area has many kind tourists milling about but this will not make it difficult to find the cache.

DIRECTIONS: (visit link)
Take train from Fujisawa, or Kamakura or take a hanging monorail from Ofuna; get off at Enoshima station. Then it is a 2km walk across a causeway to the start of Enoshima island which is small but hilly.

The island's terrain & paths are gentle but getting to any location on this island requires a lot of walking and typical elevation gains (though there are a few escalators and paths are well-maintained). Enoshima has so many things to see and so much variety. Link covers the basics. IMPORTANT TIP (for maximizing your time on this big island): TAKE THE FERRY! In nice weather there is a tiny boat that offers ferry service from the causeway/bridge area to the cave area on the back side of island from about 10am-5pm. Taking the 5 minute, 300 yen ferry, will save "half the walking & time" & allow you to see twice as much!
