Congrats! Today is "JUDGEMENT DAY"! And you are reviewing what I consider to by my "HOLY GRAIL" of caches. Start pumping iron now. Be running those 6 min miles without effort. 50 pull-ups will be barely sufficient. 100 push ups should be a breeze for you.
