Searching for the Elusive ‘Nidge-Knee’ Traditional Geocache
klizich: [:(] Drove by a week or so back and saw the cache. Went by a couple days ago and didn't. Checked today; it was muggled. This one's had a good run and is attracting too much local attention from neighbors [B)] so I have decided to archive it. Thanks to all who visited. Good caching! [;)]

This is an easy, very close (almost arm‘s length) microcache.
It is off of Route 94 (near New Milford, New York - just south of
Warwick, NY or north of Vernon, NJ) on a side
road.
This should be an EASY microcache. The cache
is a 35mm film canister.
NOTE: ***** Snow accumulation on the ground will
make this much more difficult of a cache! *****
Travel on Route 94 from Warwick, NY or from Vernon, NJ. When your
GPS shows the cache about perpendicular, turn from Route 94 onto a
road named after the middle/maiden name of a female Victorian poet
(who married Robert Browning); the cache is approximately .2
mile.
The cache will be located on the south side of the road. Parking
may be on the “shoulder” although it is rough and small. A side
street is close by and may be your best bet.
You can also reach the location from Barry Lakes/Highland Lakes if
you approach from Canistear Road, but this is a little
trickier.
For the cache, look carefully for something
that would most likely be pronounced “Nidge Knee”
(these syllables may not appear together)
Hint: white letters; the cache is within an arm’s length -
remember: it is a magnetic cache!
There are a couple of houses in the area as well as minimal
traffic. Use caution not to be discovered. A good guise might be
checking your tire or your windshield at the side of the road, or
taking pictures. The cache is a 35 mm film canister.
Enjoy!
