Tires Don't Smoke Here No
More.....
I remember the days when I used to spend my
weekends at this location, and its a shame to see the place in
ruins. The smell of smoking tires, roaring engines, and the need
for speed, would bring me here weekend after weekend. It was back
in the late 1980's, during my high school days. I had a 1966 Ford
Mustang, 289 CID, SVO intake, Holley Carb........ I miss that car,
and this location! I still remember my quickest E.T. run..... 11.05
seconds @ 142 MPH! This is a log only micro cache, so bring
something to write with. There is no need to cross any fences to
access this cache, but feel free to look over the concrete wall to
see what's become of this place. So sad! Choose your parking
carefully, and watch out with your children on this is busy
street!
