You probably only think about President James Madison when
you’re counting your $5,000 bills or when you’re
visiting the capitol of Wisconsin. You probably already know that
he’s the Father of the Constitution and the author of the
Bill of Rights, but did you know that he was also the first
President to wear pants? Well, technically, he was the first
President to wear pants that went all the way to the ankles. Before
that, Presidents traditionally wore those knee-high bloomer things.
On the other hand, Madison was only five foot four and weighed 100
pounds soaking wet, so who could tell?
