A nano. The standard urban location is wheelchair-accessible and I believe the cache should be too.
The story of how Australian speech therapist Lionel Logue helped "Bertie", the Duke of York and future King George VI, overcome his stammer has only recently become well known.
Logue's actual consulting rooms were at 146 Harley Street. However, when a film was made of the events, the real location proved too small for the paraphernalia of film-making and 33 Portland Place, just one block to the east, was used instead. The cache is within sight of that building.
Designed by Robert Adam, the house dates from 1775 and was once Sierra Leone's London embassy.
In the film, the interior stood in not only for Logue's consulting rooms, but also for "145 Piccadilly". This, the pre-regal home of the Duke and Duchess of York, was destroyed in a bombing raid in World War II.
The location has also been used to shoot an Amy Winehouse video and a raunchy movie, according to press reports, which also claim is has been a venue for racy parties.
This is a busy location with virulent muggle activity. The original 35mm disappeared very quickly so it's now a nano, I'm afraid.
In theory, this could be a cache and grab but parking charges in central London being what they are, you may need to remortgage your home first.
