I Spy. & Timewellspent 2 X 10K Tribute Mystery Cache

It was a snowy day and a long hike to their milestone cache, but not unlike many caching days shared by Timewellspent & I Spy. They have done their share of power caching, but also have found many difficult high terrain caches. They take a special pride in finding caches that have multiple DNF’s and will go out of their way and spend hours looking for a difficult hide. They both are also closing in on 1,000 puzzle finds, so I have made their 10K tribute a puzzle:

I originally suggested to Doug and Bob that I would publish an event cache or maybe organize a WNC around the publishing of this cache. Being the low key types that they are they respectfully passed on the idea. But, both these guys are well respected members of the geocaching community and friends too many of us. So, please join me in congratulating Doug & Bob by posting a note on this cache page. You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

Once you have the final solution you can use the parking cords and approach from the East using the newly completed walking / bike trail. It's about 2 miles round trip from the east and there are several other caches to find along the way. You can also approach from the West ... not sure if this is a little shorter route, but you will have a tougher time finding parking. Once at GZ the cache is easy to find. Please re-hide the cache so it is well covered.
