Located along a regularly used bush track beside Toongabbie creek.
Wear sensible footware they may end up muddy as kids on bikes often use these tracks! Finding this one should not be difficult but Geoyoungsters may struggle retrieving it!
Do not attempt this cache after prolonged heavy rain when you get to GZ you'll understand why!
We have hidden this cache to commemorate our 200th find. This cache is located along another section of Toongabbie Creek and is a favourite walking area of ours for the birdlife as well as the forestland. We regularly see and hear Bell Minors, Lorikeets, Cockatoos, several species of honeyeater and waterfowl, so if bird watching is your thing than this is the cache for you! Mrs Ruffasgutts grew up not far from here and spent many a day with friends riding bikes, playing near the creek or indeed swimming in it! They used to jump of the bog log into the creek but this has since washed away. These days there is a walk from end to end and one can go as far as one desires.
This used to be a large ammobox but muggles took care of that and again muggled as a small cache it has been reduced to a micro.... What a fall from Grace! Oh well Still worth the walk if nothing else. Thanks for all the people pointing out that the description needed updating, We hope you enjoy it!
Start at PK0012 Parking area then move onto the old quarry at QU0022 before moving onto the cache.
