The Poison Oak Cachers of the
Central Coast are putting on meet 'n greet / information
gathering session.
When: March 1, 2008
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Location: Martin Polin Room at Atascadero Library
Come join us Saturday, March 1st and participate in a survey of
our local geocaching community. Be willing to answer a survey that
will include questions such as:
How do you geocache? Paperless? Printouts? With a Palm? Do you
use Cachemate, GSAK? EasyGPS? GPXSpinner? MapSendLite?
What GPS do you use? Garmin Etrex? Garmin 60 series?
Magellan?
Are you interested in group activities? Hiking? Biking?
Pizza?
Do you want to place caches?
Do want to know about making visually interesting cachepages,
i.e., HTML Code? (Can you say "view source"?)
Is there something specific about which you want to know?
This information gathering will
assist us in planning future workshops at this same
location.
We have the Martin Polin Room from 4:00-9:00 p.m. so stop by
early, stay as long as you'd like. We'll have pizza and salad
delivered around 6:00.
