Geocache Description:

Near a SuperSafeway Store on the South-End of the Bavarian City, Leavenworth, Wa. Turn onto the East Leavenworth Road near the southern-end of the Wenatchee River bridge. Look on your left for the Mt. Home Road, which sould be just a few hundred feet after you turn onto the East Leavenworth Rd. This is a gravel/dirt road. Drive about 6 miles then watch your GPS for the rest of the way.

This is our first attempt at hiding a cache. The container is a gallon-sized Rubbermaid rectangular plastic box wrapped in a black plastic leaf bag.

Original contents are as follows:

Logbook and two lead pencils in a zip-lok bag...
A paperback novel titled 'Message In A Bottle'..
A deck of Pinochle Cards..
A music CD of 'The Eurythmics Greatest Hits'..
A dial themometer..
A Lock-Blade pocket knife..
A Matchbox Porsche 911 GT1 race car..
A shirtpocket screwdriver..
A small rubberchicken..
A bronze game coin..
A small green anodized Al. Carabiner..
An AOL 7.0 CD disk in a metal container..
A squeaky teddybear, a Mr.Potatohead LED light, an "Empty Box", A Pigchef magnet, A Brooks and Dunn keyfob..
And finaly an Intel Pentium 75 Mhz. CPU Chip(I am told that it's in working order).

This is a very senic place so while you are there take in the view of Mt. Cashmere and the surrounding area. Also look down at Leavenworth from this vantage point, you can see the National Fish Hatchery and the Icicle River winding it's way to meet the Wenatchee River.
