Easy hike along a beautiful beach.... timing is everything.
Park in the El Matador Beach parking lot (8am-Sunset)for $5.....now increased to $8, or park up on Pacific Coast Highway, and go down the stairs to the beach. Travel along the water to get to the waypoint. (Don’t get caught at high tide). You will return to the parking lot, before you take a short hike to the cache site. Extra safety note = The final cache should be approached after returning to the parking lot area. NO cliff climbing is required.
