This cache has been placed in recognition of "geofogies" 1,00th Find! It's a silver ammo box hidden in the woods. Extend your congratulations to geofogies by finding the cache, signing the logbook and posting you "Found It" online.
In keeping with th Chicagoland tradition ,started by Fallenfaery and SpecialEd, I've placed this commemorative silver ammo box to honor geofogies, two of the North Shores busiest geocachers. They reached 1,00 finds in less than 9 months!
The cache is hidden in the Skokie Lagoons Forest preserve near a bike trail and relatively close to parking. A typical ammo box in the woods - albeit a silver one.
