Geocache Description:

This is the highest cache in Hungary so far (815 m elevation), located in Börzsöny Mountains.

From Diósjenõ go on the road to Királyháza, from there follow the red and the red triangle sign upwards. In 4 km you must climb about 400 m difference in level, first crossing the Rózsás stream about a dozen of times, then extremely steeply upwards. (That's why it's a 3 star terrain)

If you are brave enough, you can try this tour by bike. Please inform me if you find a better path.

The cache itself is a plastic container with blue top, hidden app. 30 m from a clearing in the front part of "Pogányvári nyerges", between the roots of a tree, fixed by a stone.

Unfortunately the box doesn't close properly, be careful with it, in case of claims we'll replace it.

Once you get there, it's worth walking on the red triangle sing about 15 minutes up to the highest point of Börzsöny, and visit the look-out tower of Csóványos (938 m). The view is from there :-)
