Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the above coordinates!

Just how sharp are you? This is not an impossibly difficult puzzle to solve, but it will require you to remember some of your math skills from back in elementary school. The skills in this puzzle are required to be mastered by 4th Graders. By the way, I will let you get by a little easier by not requiring you to include the units of measure - just come up with the raw numbers to work with.

To figure the North coordinates, solve the following problems:

A. Find the perimeter of a square with sides of 5. A=______
B. Find the area of a rectangle with a base of 5 and height of 4. B=______
C. Find the area of a triangle with a base of 8 and height of 5. C=______
D. If the diameter of a circle is 40, what is its radius? D=______

Now for a little algebra to get a 3 digit number. Remember your order of operations!
nnn. ( A x B – C x D )+ 534. nnn=________

To figure the West coordinates, you will only need to solve a simple division problem with decimals.

60.218 / 2 = ww.www

Now, put it all together:

N43 51.nnn W092 ww.www

Good luck. You will not be penalized for asking for help. Bring a pen to sign the log.
