Located in the downtown area in a spot most people no longer pay attention too.
BYOP and be sure to rehide so not visible without a search. Since it was moved - you will now most likely need some type of TOTT to retrieve and possibly to replace. No disrupting plants. trees or anything else in the hunt for the cache. It is not in the tree nor on the toy cars.
Difficulty increased on 4/9/16 to better reflect the hide. It will take time to get this one! NOT a PNG!
