Hidden near the Hegne Town Hall in Hegne township, Norman County, Minnesota.
I like hiding geocaches in rural areas to raise awareness of Township halls and old school houses. As with many other buildings like this township hall, it was in use as a voting location for the residents of the township and as a meeting place for township business and community groups until sometime in 2015. This geocache is located along Highway 200, a few miles west of Ada, Minnesota. You can park in the driveway and walk a short distance to the geocache's hiding place. You do not need to go near the building site to find the geocache but you are welcome to walk over and check it out. Please be respectful of the property. Please don't push the geocache too far into the hiding place or it will become more difficult to get out than it was intended to be. Thanks.
