Geocache Description:

The Wherigo geocache is not located at the listed coordinates. And don't try to park at the listed coordinates either. Please read below..

Pacman..

Pacman, Blinky, Pinky, Inky, Clyde, do you remember them? Millenials might struggle to understand the ubiquitous history of Pacman. But Generation X-ers understand.. we lived it.. we breathed it.. for nearly a decade during the 1980's. In celebration of the iconic Japanese video game Pacman, we present to you, the Pacman Geo-art Project.

In order to complete the Pacman geo-art, download the cartridge here or use the RELATED WEB PAGE link above and then install it on your GPS or Smartphone. You will have to run the cartridge for each geocache within the Pacman Geo-art Project.

When you run the cartridge, you will be asked for three codes, which you will find on each individual geocache listing. Enter these codes into the cartridge in the order shown here. Once the codes are entered properly, you will be presented the coordinates to the geocache which will be shown as a zone named Final and a zone description showing the actual coordinates.

The codes for this Wherigo geocache are the following..

204375

945843

942922

Please remember that this cartridge has been programmed for use primarily on Smartphones. It may or may not run properly on Wherigo-enabled GPS devices. And the essence of the Pacman audio experience WILL BE LOST unless you run the cartridge on a smartphone.

The final containers within the Pacman Geo-art Project are a mix of micros, smalls, and a few larger sized containers. Hiding methods will be a mix of ground hides and magnetically and lanyard attachments. Please check each individual cache listing for cache details, attributes, and hints. Leap frogging and unauthorized container dropping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you find a container missing or in poor condition, log your DNF and/or Needs Maintenance so that the cache owner can perform maintenance. In order to log each cache as a Found It online, per the geocaching.com guidelines, your signature MUST be on the paper log. I don't often audit my geocache logs, but when I do, I enforce the guidelines. Stay honest my friends.

It is recommended that as you try to locate each geocache container that you be discrete, but also try not to appear overly suspicious.. use common sense. As with most other geo-art projects, the cache containers are hidden along rural roads with very little traffic. Because of the light traffic and the remoteness of this area, all locals that live in the area may percieve anyone out of the ordinary as suspicious. Having said that, almost all of the hides were placed out of direct view of residential properties.
