Should be a quick and easy field puzzle that is Semi-Truck, RV, motorcycle, snowmobile and bicycle friendly.

This cache is in walking distance of a Semi-truck and RV shop.
My last cache here had a tragic end as the tree got cut down and the cache was lost in the process.
This hide is approved by the St Augusta city hall.
For the final coordinates there is a sign on the back of the St Augusta City Hall sign at the posted coordinates.
With this information add one to the number of words and subtract that from the posted North coordinate.
For the West coordinate take the number of letters in the last word and multiply that by 3. Add this to the posted West coordinate.
