Geocache Description:

This series will take you on a tour of the Midtown Greenway. The Midtown Greenway is a 5.5 mile long former railroad corridor in south Minneapolis with bicycling and walking trails. The bridges between Uptown and Cedar Ave. are especially cool, being about 100 years old and each showing the date they were built. This is a high muggle area with bicyclists, skaters, skateboarders, walkers, runners, and joggers. Please, be stealthy!

For this one, you will make a short detour off the path, but it will be worth it! While you are at it, check out the other two caches in the park.

The southwest corner of the park has the Famous Brackett Rocket, a 1960's Spage Age icon. Here in the northeast corner you will find the much less iconic Bracket Rock, seen by only a handful of folks over the years. With this cache, I hope to change that.

Happy Caching!
