This is a cool park with a playground, fire pits and water access. It is on the east side of Lake Independence a nice boating and fishing lake.
The park is near Walnut park a small ice rink and hoop park where we parked.
There are no parking signs right in front of the park so you need to park away from the hill.
Park hours dawn to dusk.
