With a sign like "Duluth Geocachers", I figured it needed to have an actual cache. Thanks to Dmnrec for setting up the CITO's for this portion of the highway and for the cachers that help keep it clean.
Please note that there is NO parking on Woodland. In fact, you may find parking to be the hardest part of this cache.
