Located between Enger Tower and the SHT. You can access it by coming down from the NW side of the tower. There are some cool stone stairs on the way. You can also access it by coming up from the SHT. Either way is good walking. Cache is starting with lots of swag. Bring something to trade. This can be a busy place so try to use stealth.
