At the posted coordinates you should look around. Specifically, you are looking for when something happend here and when it was dedicated. You will need to focus on the marker at the posted coordinates, as well as the 'picture' on the marker.
You will also need to take a stroll across the grounds and find Lucas J. Winters marker, due west of the posted coordinates and almost against the fence.
Answer the following questions:
- A = # Number of windows on the building on the marker (Windows MINUS 1 = A)
- B = # Year Built #X## where 'X' is the number you need (X = B)
