Iilivuori sijaitsee Toivakan ja Jyväskylän maalaiskunnan rajalla,
Ison Iilijärven itäpuolella.
Iilivuori hill is located on the border of Toivakka and rural
district of Jyväskylä. It rises up from the shore of the lake Iso
Iilijärvi.

Iilivuori kuuluu Iilijärven monimuotoiseen luontoalueeseen, joka
koostuu monista pienistä järvistä ja lammista sekä
jyrkkäpiirteisistä ja kallioisista mäistä. Iilivuoren laelta on
näkymä Isolle Iilijärvelle. Alue on monin paikoin suojeltua ja
Iilivuoren laella on luonnonsuojelualue, joka on merkitty maastoon
pylväin. Noudata siis luonnonsuojelualueella liikkuessasi lain
edellyttämää varovaisuutta. Itse kätkö ei sijaitse
luonnonsuojelualueen sisäpuolella vaan hieman sen sivussa.
Autolla pääsee melko lähelle kätköä, poislukien matalan maavaran
omaavat ajoneuvot - niille täytyy etsiä pysäköintipaikka kauempaa.
Eräs pysäköintimahdollisuus sijaitsee koordinaateissa N62 05.390,
E025 55.289. Jalkaisin kätkölle voi lähteä suuntaamaan esimerkiksi
koordinaateista N62 05.521, E025 54.902, josta lähtee polun
tapainen reitti.
Kätkörasia on 0,5 litran pakasterasia eikä sinun tarvitse siirrellä
kiviä tms. päästäksesi kätköön käsiksi. Rasia sisältää muutamia
vaihtoesineitä, lokikirjan, kynän ja teroittimen.
Iilivuori belongs to the Iilijärvi's nature area that consists of
many small lakes and ponds and hills with rocky cliffs. There is a
view from top of the Iilivuori to the lake Iso Iilijärvi. A nature
preserve is located on top of the Iilivuori hill and it is marked
with wooden poles to the terrain.
Please obey the caution demanded by the nature preserve law while
moving in the Iilivuori hill area. The cache itself is not located
inside the nature preserve area, but is a short distance away from
it.
You can get quite close to the cache with a car if you have a car
with a high chassis. One of the possible parking spots is located
in coordinates N62 05.390, E025 55.289. You can head into the cache
by foot from coordinates N62 05.521, E025 54.902 where a narrow
path starts.
The cache container is a 0,5 litre freezer box and you do not have
to move stones etc. to get in touch with the container. The cache
contains some exchange items, log book and pencil with its
sharpener.
