The coordinates point to a parking area, the cache is few hundred meters away in the coordinates that you get by solving the mystery.

To solve the end part of coordinates, the best way is to go to YouTube (visit link) and search for a clip from the series called "Man Stroke Woman". Note it's probably not the first one... ;-)

Note: the hint might be too easy!
