Tällä paikalla on aikoinaan sijainnut Rauman veturitalli. Nykyään jäljellä on enää pelkkä kääntöpöytä, jonka ohjauskopin ovat huligaanit polttaneet. Kääntöpöydällä nököttää höyryveturi tk3 numeroltaan 1167. Sen valmistaneelle Lokomo Oy:lle oli edellisistä tilauksista jäänyt ylimääräisiä osia neljän veturin tarpeisiin, joten valtio tilasi vuonna 1951 kaksi veturia ja seuraavana vuonna vielä toiset kaksi. 1167 on ensimmäinen näistä neljästä viimeisestä tk3-mallin veturista.
Rauman rautatien vaiheet ovet mielenkiintoiset. Niistä kerrotaan tarkemmin paikanpäältä löytyvästä laatasta, joka kannattaa lukea, jollei muuten niin naurujen takia.

These coordinates will take you where the locomotive shed of Rauma used to be located. Nowadays only the old turn table exists. Even it's control hut has been burnt down by hooligans. On the turn table sits a tk3 steam engine number 1167. It was built by Lokomo Oy. They had some extra parts left over from previous contracts, and in 1951 the goverment placed an order for two tk3s and another order a year later. 1167 was the first of these last four tk3 locomotives.
