Traditional cache at a boundary marker of six villages.

Pienikokoinen kätköpurkki, joka sijaintinsa vuoksi esittelee melko harvinaisen rajapyykin. Kuuskannan mäellä on nimittäin kuuden eri kylän rajapyykki. Samalla siellä kulkee myös kunnanraja Haminan ja Virolahden välillä. Paikalle pääsee tietä pitkin melko lähellekin, mutta lähestyä voi toki monesta suunnasta. Maastoluokitus sijoittuu 2 ja 3 tähden välille, riippuen keliolosuhteista ja reitinvalinnastasi.
Jotta rajamerkki olisi paremmin turvassa, piilopaikka valittiin siten, että mitään kiveä ei tarvitse siirtää tai irrottaa kätkön löytämiseksi tai sen käsiin saamiseksi. Osittain tämän vuoksi piilo on myös sellainen, että se peittyy lumen tullessa vielä pahemmin piiloon. Muistathan kuitenkin, että kiviä ei tarvitse eikä saa liikutella kätköä etsittäessä. A small sized cache, which presents a pretty rare boundary marker. There is a cairn as a boundary marker and it lies on the boundary of six villages. There is also a boundary of municipality between Hamina and Virolahti on the hill of Kuuskanta. You can get pretty near the cache by car, but it is also possible to arrive to the cache from other directions. The terrain rating is between 2 to 3 depending from weather and the route you choose to approach the cache.
To ensure better the safety of the boundary mark, the cache was hidden so that you don't have to move any stones to find or get the cache. Partly because of that, the hiding place and the cache will be covered in snow, depending a little of how much it will snow. So please remember that you mustn't move any stones when you look for the cache. If you need, you will probably get some help from the hint or the spoiler picture. Please put the cache back to its original place afterwards.
