Lapsuuskotini oli aivan hautausmaan vieressä. Joskus syksyisin pelotti kulkea illalla myöhään pimeässä hautausmaan ohi. My home in the childhood was between a private sematory. Sometimes, especially in the autumn evenings it was a little bit frightening to come home in darkness.
Annetut koordinaatit vievät sinut lampeen. Kätkön koordinaatit löydät vain kätköistä GC2AJVE ja GC2AJQQ Jatkosodan jälkeen vuonna 1944 piti jäljelle jääneeseen Suomeen sijoittaa noin 430 000 siirtolaista. Heistä 407 000 oli karjalaisia. Isovanhempani yhdentoista lapsensa kanssa olivat näitä siirtokarjalaisia. Maanviljelysväestöä varten eduskunta sääti vuonna 1945 maanhankintalain. Sen mukaan sekä maatilan että asuntotontin tai kalastustilan Karjalassa omistaneille piti hankkia korvaavat tilat ja tontit Suomen uusien rajojen sisäpuolelta. Viljelystilan piti olla sellainen, että tavallinen perhe sai siitä suunnilleen elantonsa Maata hankittiin siirtoväelle valtiolta, kunnilta, yhtiöiltä ja yksityisiltä. Joskus maata jouduttiin ottamaan pakkotoiminkin. Tämä herätti jonkin verran närää siirtoväen ja paikallisten asukkaiden välillä. Isovanhempieni saama maatila sijaitsee Polvijärvellä. Tila on syntynyt pakkolunastuksen kautta. Erään rappioituneen kartanon maista muodostettiin yhteensä 7 tilaa suuruudeltaan 40-50 hehtaaria. Kartano on ollut aikanaan paikallisen mittapuun mukaan sangen suuri ja lunastuksen jälkeenkin sille jäi vielä mittava maaomaisuus. Lähestyessäsi kätköpaikkaa Joensuusta päin et voi olla huomaamatta oikealla puolen tietä kartanon päärakennusta harvahkon mäntymetsän keskellä. Kätkö sijaitsee tien toisella puolen kartanon vanhan sukuhautausmaan lähellä. Syntyneistä seitsemästä tilasta viisi sijaitsee hautausmaan eteläpuolella ja kaksi sen ja tien pohjoispuolella. My grandparents with their 11 children were members of those Karelian emigrants. For the Karelian farmers our parliament passed a law for land acquisition year 1945. The law legislated, that those who owned a farm or a fishingfarm or an estate in the lost Karelia had to get compesatory farms and estates inside the new borders of Finland. The farms had to be so big that an ordinary family could get their living from the farm. The state executed the land acquisition by buying from the municipalities, parishes, the comapanies and also from private farmers. Sometimes the state expropriated the land. Somewhere this produced little frictions between local people and emigrants. My grandparents got a farm from Polvijärvi. This new farm was parceled out from a real big decline family estate like 6 other farms. Each of those new farms got 40-50 hectars land. The family estate which had to make over land to the karelians was exceptionally big in this area and after the releasing the land they had a lot of land and forest. When you are approaching the cache from the direction of Joensuu you can't be seeing the mainbuilding of the estate. The cache lies on the other side of the road near the old familysematory of the estate. Five of those seven farms I just told, are situated by the the Lahnajärventie. Other two ones are on northside the road.
