This route is approximately 5 miles ( 8 kilometres) long and should take about 2.5-3 hours to walk. It can be very muddy in places and there are quite a few hills to conquer. During this walk, you start at Wadhurst, go down to the Resoviour and then through fields but there is no need to come off the public footpath.
