Paikalliset henkilöt löytänevät kohteet 1 -3 kuvauksenkin perusteella, mutta koska taiteiden tavoitteena on saada ihmiset katsomaan ja ajattelemaan asioita uudesta vinkkelistä, olen katsonut tarpeelliseksi kehittää laskutehtävät, jotka pakottavat kaikki etsijät tutkimaan mahdollisesti tuttujakin asioita uudella tavalla. Siirtymätaipaleet ovat kilometrien luokkaa.
1. Yllämainitut koordinaatit vievät tiehaaraan, josta on opastus Joenniemen taidemuseoon. Tiehaarassa on myös ruskea opastetaulu samaan kohteeseen. Laske merkin ylimmän rivin kirjainten lukumäärä. Tämä on A.
2. Siirry paikkaan N62.01.609 E024.36.807
Olet toisen mänttäläisen kuvataidekohteen edessä. Laske pääsisäänkäynnin vasemmalla puolella olevien tikkaiden askelmien lukumäärä. Tämä luku on B.
3. Siirry paikkaan N62.01.671 E024.38.233
Edessäsi on entinen tehdasrakennuns (jossa olin töissä kesllä -86). Tämäkin on kuvataideviikkojen kohde. Rakennuksen katolle johtaa tikapuut. Tikkaiden turvakaaressa on vaakatasoisia tukirenkaita. Laske niiden lukumäärä, niin saat luvun C.
Kohteen 4 koordinaatit ovat:

4. Lopullinen paikka on teeman puitteissa monelle varmasti yllätys - joidenkin mielestä sillä ei ole mitään tekemistä taiteen kanssa, toiset saattavat pitää sitä kierroksen ainoana elävän taiteen näyttämönä. Täältä löytyy musta filmikotelo. GPS -signaali on täällä hyvin heikko, joten vihjettä kannattaa vilkaista.
Omasta puolestani voin rehellisesti suositella tutustumista aloituspisteen kohteeseen - loppupisteen tarjonta on hyvin sattumasta kiinni ja pisteet 2 ja 3 vaihtelevat rajusti, mutta niissä on vaihtuvia näyttelyitä ainakin kesäaikaan. Pisteellä kolme kannattaa katsoa etuovella kohti kattoa :-)

Local people might find the steps 1 - 3 with the descriptions, but because arts is meant to make people think and look on new way, I think it is necessary for all seekers visit the steps and have a new, different look. The distance between each step is couple of kilometers.
Step 1: The coordinates above lead you to crossing where is a sign for Joenniemi Arts museum. On the other side of the road there is also a big brown sign for the same destination. Count the amount of the letters in the top row of this sign. This number is A.
Step 2: Move to location N62.01.609 E024.36.807
You are in front of one of the locations for Mänttä Art Festival. On the left side of the main entrance there is a ladder. B is the amount of steps.
Step 3: 3. Move to location N62.01.671 E024.38.233
Here is an industrial building (where I worked during summer -86). Today this is a location for Mänttä Art Festival. There is a ladder to the ceiling and around the ladder there is a safety structure. There are horisontal rings supporting the safety structure. Amount of these rings is number C.
Coordinates for step 4 are:

Step 4: The final location is a bit different: Some might think this has nothing to do with arts, others might think this is the only place on this tour to potentially see great living arts. Here is a black film canister. GPS signal is quite poor here so have a look at the hint.
I can honestly recommend visiting the place indicated at point 1. The "show" and even availability at point 4 depends on so many factors you can never know what you get - if anything. At points 2 and 3 the there are annual happenings in summer time. At the enterance of step 3 - have a look upwards.
