The cache will give you a stroll around the Old Bedhampton
area.
Much of this land is owned by Portsmouth Water Company and most of
the industrial buildings are owned by them.
The Portsmouth area derives much of its drinking water from natural
springs in Bedhampton and the area is full of related waterways and
buildings.
All walking is on quiet roads or public footpaths.
Go to N50.51.180 001.00.168W.
This is not the location of the cache, but there is plenty of free
parking near here.

Using the above substitution code, you can work out that the
cache is located at
N (A+D)G.(D+E)H.(E-H)F(B+H)
W CFC.(A+D)(B+E).(B+H)(D+E)(A+D)
Now trust your GPS and start your walk towards the cache by
heading in a Southerly direction down Mill Lane. The cache is
located adjacent to a public path and you do not need to enter any
private property in order to reach it.
The cache is a plastic container about 6" square, which can
accomodate small swops. It contains only log sheets and some
numbers written on another piece of paper.
Write down these numbers and keep them safe since they form part
of the co-ordinates for “Dog’s Home”, the 5th and
final cache in this series. You will need to bring your own pen or
pencil and paper to record them.
Please ensure that you firmly reseal the container when you have
finished with the contents.
This path can be surprisingly busy so great care is needed to
ensure that the container is very well hidden out of Muggle view
before you leave. It has been trashed on two previous occasions due
to the activities of locals.
