Koganei Park
One of the largest metropark in Tokyo.
It's open 24 hours. Parking fee 300 yen for first one hour and 100 yen per each additional 30 minutes.
There are geomugglers at midnight!
The cache is a micro capsule. No writing instrument is in the cache. Please bring a pen.
