In more recent times the gate to the area has been locked more frequently. Have no fear this is public access and the gate is intended to prevent cars from driving in. If it happens to be locked when you visit, squeeze through, slip under, hop over, or see the hint for a possible alternate approach. I've addjusted the difficulty ratings to reflect the potential of finding the gate locked.
