Geocache Description:

This trail meanders up and down. There are a few places where you will have to pick your way around wet spots after a rainy period or in the spring.

This cache is located at Camp Calumet in Freedom NH. They ask that all visitors park in the Conference Center parking lot at these coords: N 43° 49.176 W 071° 09.413. The listed coords are for the first stage. The trail starts opposite (west of) the driveway you came in on and goes to the right (north). You will be hiking through the Ossipee Pine Barrens into a hardwood forest on the "Outer Limits Trail," which marks the boundary of the camp property. There is no need to leave the trail until you've reached the coords you get from Stage 1. Stage 2 is tough. The last sentance in the clue you get from Stage 1 is what you do AFTER you've found what you are looking for! You will be lead to an overlook for the final stage, enjoy the overlook before hunting for the cache, the path to the final will be more obvious from there.

[Stage 3] On ledge, look low, not high. [If you find yourself looking at having to climb down more than a 3 foot drop, look for a way around. I suggest to the LEFT.]
