Drive past the 'Dinosaur Park' and leave your car near the little jetty, which is always busy and enjoy a short 15 minute walk to cache site.
The walk goes further and is definitely well worth it if you have time. It is not a loop.
Bring your togs (if sunny) and swim in the crystal clear waters around the jetty. (It would be possible to kayak to one of a couple of little beaches near the cache from the other side of the channel if you wanted - beware of the very swift tidal flow).
