Quick easy cache, short walk. I thought this was a great location for a cache, yet it contained none! Some bushwhacking required as the path is overgrown in places.
Since I love caching so much, this one starts with happy things! Cache contains a bunch of Lampwork Cat beads, a monkey bead, a paper magenta crown, a smiley face ball, princess wand pen, and a pen from the Excalibur casino in Las Vegas where I was married. Dunkins Gift Cert for FTF.
It was pouring rain & getting dark when I placed it, accuracy within 15 ft.

Parking is generally ample across the street at the Field of Dreams. Trail entrance can be found near the end of Geremonty Drive where there's a wooden bridge. A plaque marking the establishment of Abenaki park is posted on a rock at the bridge.
This land is owned by the Town of Salem, of which I am an employee, working nearby. Local authorities (Police & Fire Chiefs) are aware of cache's existence.
