**Bring your own pencil**
This cache is placed near the Friends of Pisgah mailbox at the Kilburn Trailhead a favorite spot for hikers and now a three cache launch point!! Please think about joining the trail crew for one of their monthly Saturday trail clearing hikes (Second Saturday of every month 10AM at the Kilburn Trailhead).

This cache was placed with the Friends of Pisgah Trail Crew during our monthly trail hike. I would like to let cachers know about this great group and organization who meets the second Saturday of every month 10AM at the Kilburn Trailhead everyone one is welcome to come and help. Come along and see great parts of the park with knowledgeable people who have spent years hiking the trails.

The Friends of Pisgah, Inc. is a group of volunteers organized to assist the State of New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation in the planning, operation and maintenance of Pisgah State Park, so that the lands are preserved in a natural condition and conserved in accordance with an approved management plan. The Friends have been critically involved in the development and maintenance of the park's trail system and have extensively documented the history of the area. All are welcome to join the Friends. Members receive periodic mailings throughout the year to keep them informed about meetings and upcoming events such as hikes, volunteer work details, picnics and field trips.
