Mikrokätkö puistossa /// Microcache in park

FIN Jussinmäen kallio kohoaa noin 10 m ympäristöään ylemmäksi, laelta aukeaa näkymät kauppatorin ja Nestorinaukion suuntaan. Mäki on saanut nimensä entisen omistajansa, Jussi Forsströmin mukaan, joka jo 1900-luvun alkupuolella halusi ilahduttaa ympäristön lapsia jäädyttämällä rinteeseen liukumäen. Puistoksi kaavoitettu, luonnontilassa ollut mäki on hiljattain kunnostettu. Mäenlasku ei enää valitettavasti onnistu. Kätkö on luultavasti kesäisin noudettavissa pyörätuolillakin. Viereinen tori on auki kesällä 01.05. - 31.08. ti, to, pe, la klo 7.00 - 14.00 ke 11.00-18.00. Talvella 01.09. - 30.04. ti, to ja la klo 7.00 - 14.00.

ENG Jussinmäki, translated as Jussi's hill raise 10meters above surroundings. There's a nice view over market square. The hill is named by former owner, Jussi Forsström, who freezed a slide for neighbourhood kids in the beginning of the 20th century. The park has been renovated recently and sliding isn't possible anymore. In summertime cache might be reached also by wheelchair. Nearby market square is open in summer 5/1 - 8/31. Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 7am to 14pm Wed 11am to 18pm. Winter 9/1 - 4/30. Tue, Thu and Sat 7am to 14pm.
