container in a ziplock bag to keep H20 out
Another neat little park I bet most people dont take the time to
check out, I bet this one is great at cherry blossom time!

Yes, it's another cute little park at Misawa city. I love this place.
Found the cache easily with the hint. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the TB inside.TFTC!
